Riza V. Mauricio, PhD, APRN, CPNP-PC/AC, CCRN, FCCM She is a distinguished nurse clinician, leader, researcher, and educator with more than three decades of experience and recognized expertise in pediatric critical care. Her career is marked by sustained contributions to clinical excellence, scholarship, and leadership within critical care practice. In recognition of her significant impact on the field, she was named a Fellow of the American College of Critical Care Medicine. She currently serves as Vice President of the Philippine Nurses Association of America (PNAA) South Central Region, providing strategic and organizational leadership. Additionally, as Director of the PNAA Emotional Wellness Program, she advances initiatives that prioritize nurse well-being to support and sustain the nursing workforce.
